Vehicle Technician Southend OTE: 50,00060,000 | Basic: 23,50033,000 (DOE) Full-Time | Permanent | In-Person The Role As a Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles Using diagnostic equipment to identify issues Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, in line with warranty requirements Delivering excellent customer service and explaining repair work clearly Participating in training and development programs Requirements NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (please bring certificates to interview) Experience working on cars (franchise dealership experience is a plus) Valid UK manual driving licence (max 3 points) Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities MOT Tester certification is desirable but not essential Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00am 6:00pm 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am 1:00pm Salary & Benefits Basic Salary : 23,500 33,000 (depending on experience) On-Target Earnings : 50,000 60,000 Commission and performance bonuses Manufacturer and in-house training Staff discount scheme On-site parking Access to Perkbox employee benefits platform If you are a motivated individual with a passion for career development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting Vehicle Technician opportunity.
