The Role Joining as an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you'll be passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and delivering successful outcomes. You will handle a varied caseload that includes leasehold and freehold properties, managing client instructions, and preparing detailed contractual agreements. Requirements You must be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (either Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner) with 1+ year experience. There is no upper limit in terms of experience and anyone up to Senior Associate level will be considered You will be confident, personable, and capable of managing their own caseload independently, while still enjoying the benefits of a supportive team environment.
