Purpose of the Role In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants in the community. You will provide high-quality support and guidance, helping participants overcome barriers to successful resettlement. You will assist them in achieving agreed milestones, developing essential skills, and progressing toward sustainable long-term employment. Location The post holder will primarily be based at the Ashford Probation Office, with potential travel to other delivery locations across the Kent area as required. This may include both custody and community sites depending on service demand.
