Job Description Position: Warehouse / Facilities / Fleet AdministratorCompany: KLEEMANN UK GroupBase Location: AshfordJob Type: PermanentSalary: Competitive (dependent on experience)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse / Facilities / Fleet Administrator to join our team based in Ashford. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations, fleet administration, and facilities support.This is a varied and hands-on position combining administration with light warehouse duties, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Operational SupportCarry out light warehouse duties, including processing and preparing parcels for dispatch to engineersAssist with warehouse checks and stock controlSupport spreadsheet updates for project deliveriesHand out PPE to engineers and maintain issue recordsPlace orders for stock items and branded work clothingLiaise with engineers regarding quarterly van checksFleet AdministrationUpdate fleet databases and maintain accurate vehicle recordsSupport vehicle handovers (new and off-hire vehicles)Provide administrative support for vehicle incident reportingAssist with scheduling servicing, inspections and compliance checksFacilities SupportProvide general facilities support when requiredAssist with contractor coordination and site administrationSkills & Experience RequiredPrevious administrative experience (warehouse, fleet or facilities preferred but not essential)Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office; Excel preferred)Excellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced operational environmentGood communication skills and a team-focused approachPractical and hands-on attitudeEssential:Willingness and ability to obtain a forklift certificate during the probation period (training will be provided if required)What We OfferCompetitive salaryPension schemeTraining and development opportunities (fork-lift truck training covered by the company)Stable, full-time on-site roleSupportive working environment within a growing organisationEqual Opportunities & AccessibilityKLEEMANN UK Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
