FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver Swindon People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Swindon . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and the potential to become permanent following a qualifying period. Shifts Monday to Friday 07:00 15:00 Rates of Pay 12.85 - Competitive hourly rate (details provided at application stage) Benefits Excellent hourly rates Ongoing work with the opportunity to become permanent Weekly pay On-site canteen Free parking Immediate starts Day-to-Day Duties Driving and operating Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely and efficiently Conducting pre-use inspections and reporting any faults to management Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods Unpacking and storing incoming goods Organising stock for deliveries Moving goods around the warehouse as required Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times Essential Skills Valid FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) Experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance trucks Good communication skills and ability to multi-task High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good organisational skills Reliable and self-motivated Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks Ability to work effectively as part of a team Desirable Experience Previous experience working in a warehouse environment Own transport due to location Training Provided Full training provided Assessment to be completed before starting Apply If you are ready to take on this opportunity as an FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver, please apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
