M4 Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance & Reach Operator to join a fast-paced, friendly warehouse team . . This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious operator who takes pride in their work. Please note: Applicants must hold valid, in-date Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences. Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0700 - 1500) Key Responsibilities Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach FLTs to load, unload, and move stock Maintain accurate stock control using the warehouse management system Support goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring accurate documentation Carry out routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues Help keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations What Were Looking For Valid Counterbalance & Reach FLT licenses essential Proven experience working in a warehouse environment Confidence in materials handling and safe working practices Basic mechanical knowledge or ability to carry out minor repairs (desirable) Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-focused attitude Physically fit and committed to health and safety If youre ready to take the next step in your warehouse career and want to work with a company that values skill, teamwork, and reliability, apply today with M4 Recruitment .
