Class 2 Trade Waste Driver Job location: Ashbourne, DE6 area Pat rate: 17.00per hour , weekly pay. every Friday Shift pattern : Monday - Friday shift start 4am/5am ,10 h shift 75 attendance bonus for completing a full week Smart Solutions is currently recruiting a Class 2 Trade Waste Driver for our client based in Ashbourne, DE6 area . Our client is a leader in waste management services. The role can be physically demanding, involving lifting and carrying of waste and recycling materials from various waste receptacles (e.g. bins, bags and boxes). Class 2 Trade Waste Driver- Duties & Responsibilities Drive and operate a Class 2 (Category C) HGV to collect trade waste Use bin-lifting equipment and follow pre-planned routes Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness Ensure compliance with all health & safety and waste handling regulations Provide professional and courteous customer service Report any issues, delays, or incidents promptly Class 2 Trade Waste Driver Person Specification Physically able to meet the demands of the job Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment Previous experience within a waste & recycling industrial environment would be an advantage. Good team player and communicator Perform a various of task including moving bulky items and loading of vehicle outside in all weather conditions Why Join us?
