Production Operative Days

Pilgrim's Europe are expanding in Ashbourne! We are looking for Production Operatives on Twilight shift. Location : Ashbourne Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 08:30-17.00 Pay Rate :12.50 per hour Key Responsibilities : Process and pack raw product in a chill environment in line with customer specification, whilst meeting all necessary KPIs in terms of volume and efficiency Complete appropriate training programme within first 13weeks of employment Be proficient on speed, quality of work, attitude and attendance at work Ensure that all aspects of Company policy regarding Health & Safety and bird welfare are followed at all times to ensure good standards of working environment Attend Company training sessions in Basic Food Hygiene etc., as required and put learning and development into practice whilst at work You Will Need : A basic understanding of English Language Ability to work with minimal supervision Reliability Flexibility to work outside your area to meet orders and demand of the business.
