Technical CoordinatorNot sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.Location: AshbourneDepartment: TechnicalReports To: Technical ManagerEmployment Type: PermanentRole OverviewProvide essential administrative support to the Technical Team, ensuring accurate data management, timely reporting, and smooth coordination of quality and compliance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update technical databases and process control documents.Prepare and manage KPI and quality reports for operational teams.Track and analyse microbiological, chemical, and shelf-life data.Log and follow up on customer complaints and enquiries.Support audit preparation and assist during audits.Coordinate site visits and maintain office documentation.Perform general administrative duties.KPIs & OutputsTimely completion of KPI reports and product analysis.Up-to-date technical databases.Effective complaint handling and reporting.Continuous Improvement & PeopleSupport root cause analysis through data trending.Promote team communication and engagement.Environmental & Safety ResponsibilitiesFollow health 'safety procedures and promote safe working practices.Support environmental initiatives including waste reduction and energy efficiency.Skills & ExperienceEssential:Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Previous admin experience in a busy office.Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Desirable:Experience in a technical or quality role.Knowledge of HACCP and customer specifications.Working towards or holding a third-level qualificationTPBN1_UKTJ
