This role will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and developing the sales team to drive profitable growth and deliver exceptional customer engagement.Role SummaryReporting to the Head of Sales, you will provide hands-on leadership across the sales team, translating commercial strategy into actionable sales plans. You will drive disciplined execution, foster a high-performance culture, and support the team through coaching and development to achieve divisional revenue and profitability targets.This role blends strategic thinking with operational excellence and will suit someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, embraces change, and demonstrates a strong growth mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and coach the sales team to deliver profitable revenue growth in line with company strategyTranslate sales strategy into clear, achievable action plansDrive performance through coaching, people development, and accountabilitySupport and manage the sales pipeline in line with business objectivesAct as the primary or deputy Sales & Marketing representative within the middle management teamManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, coaching, and absence managementSkills, Knowledge & ExperienceProven experience in B2B and/or channel sales leadership, ideally within the AV or visual display industryStrong background in people management with a track record of developing high-performing teamsCommercially astute with a customer-first approach to solution-based sellingConfident decision-maker with strong leadership and coaching capabilitiesHighly organised and adaptable, able to prioritise and manage multiple objectives effectivelyConfident and engaging communicator, capable of presenting to a range of audiencesJBRP1_UKTJ
