Job DescriptionThe RolenAt Audley Group, we are changing the face of retirement in the UK. Since 1991, we have pioneered the luxury retirement village concept with a focus on wellness, independence, and community. With continued investment and growth, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Partnerships Specialist to support our sales teams and drive local engagement and lead generation for two key villages: Sunningdale Park and Fairmile.nWorking closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, the Marketing and Partnerships Specialist will create, manage, and grow strategic local partnerships, events, and campaigns that increase visibility and drive qualified leads to our villages.nPrincipal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:nnIdentify and secure new business opportunities and referral networks to increase lead generation and sales conversions for Sunningdale Park and Fairmile.nCreate and execute localised business development strategies tailored to each village's demographics and location.nBuild and nurture relationships with local businesses, professional networks, community groups, and organisations.nSupport and contribute to the planning and delivery of village based events in collaboration with the Sales teams.nConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps, trends, and new initiatives.nCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, and Operations to align campaigns and outreach activities.nDevelop engaging, village specific content for use across sales and marketing materials, events, and community engagement.nIdentify and suggest innovative local marketing and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand awareness and footfall.nnnKey Skills & Requirements:nnProven experience in a business development, partnership, community engagement, or sales enablement role.nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
