As a Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring clinical care meets and exceeds professional standards. Providing specialist nursing support and advice. Taking charge of resident care in the Home Managers absence. Supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver empathetic care. Recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns appropriately.
