Tarasis Enterprises: Office AdministratorAre you organised, proactive, and a great communicator? Tarasis Enterprises is looking for an Administrator to join our busy Healthcare team. The role is based in our Armagh Office. 40hrs per week, Monday - Friday In this role, you will: Provide day-to-day office and admin support. Answer calls, follow up queries, and maintain accurate records on our MIS (OneTouch). Prepare weekly staff rotas and arrange cover for client care. Support Community Managers with referrals and client packages. Ensure all client and staff information is maintained in line with GDPR and company policies. What we’re looking for: Previous administration experience (healthcare or scheduling experience an advantage). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using Microsoft Office and databases. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A flexible, team-focused approach.
