Over half ofcustomers are from German speaking countries.Basedin Markethill, Co Armagh.Mainjob activities:Assist sales staff particularly on administrative issueswith existing bookings.Creation of and sending out our commercial newsletters.Attend trade shows a few times a year.Be responsible for maintaining the sales and purchaseledgers in Sage 50 Accounts.Resolve price queries with Travel Agents.Assist the Sales Manager and Director as required.EssentialSkills:An excellent telephone manner in order to generatetelesales.A thorough approach to work with the motivationto finalise outstanding tasks.Good I.T skills with the ability to use all MicrosoftOffice products.DesirableCriteria:A working knowledge of Sage 50 sales and purchaseledgers.A knowledge of all social media.Thisposition is for 24 hours per week, which will include a Monday, aFriday and one other day to be agreed.
