Job Description Job Title: Team LeaderLocation: NorthamptonSalary: 30,600 plus 55 per sleep insHours: Eiither 7am-10pm or 8am-11pm, 3 shifts a week on a 3-week rolling rota.We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Team Leader to join a new residential home, providing high-quality residential care to children aged 717 with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviours.About the Role As a Team Leader you'll help create a safe, supportive, and enriching environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of the young residents.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport children with day-to-day routines, personal care, and activitiesMaintain accurate records and contribute to care plans and reportsAdminister medication and ensure all policies are followedTake part in household duties and encourage independenceAct as a key worker and provide regular one-to-one supportRespond to emergencies and implement safeguarding proceduresWork in partnership with families, social workers, and professionalsParticipate in team meetings, training, and supervisionWhat We're Looking ForExperience working with children or young peopleMust hold Level 3 in Residential ChildcareDriving Licence is strongly favourableA genuine passion for supporting those with additional needsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work flexibly, including sleep-in shiftsProfessional, trustworthy, and a positive role modelBenefits: Competitive pay and sleep-in allowanceComprehensive training and ongoing developmentA supportive and inclusive team cultureOpportunities for progression within the organisationJBRP1_UKTJ
