Job Description Project Execution Manager Location:Belfast, Northern Ireland Employment Type:Full-Time Work Pattern:4 days on-site (Monday-Thursday),Work from Home Fridays Reports To:Senior Leadership Team Size:4 Project Managers Progression:Clear path toDirector-levelrole Certifications:PRINCE2 (or equivalent) The Role: We are looking for a driven and experiencedUtilities Project Execution Managerto lead our project delivery team based in Belfast. You'll manage a team of4 Project Managers , delivering complex electrical monitoring and instrumentation projects to customers in over 60 countries. This is ahigh-impact leadership rolewith strong cross-functional visibility and a direct path toDirector-level progression . You'll be responsible for ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of utility-scale projects, working closely with clients, engineering teams, and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of4 Project Managershandling international project portfolios. Ensure successful execution of all projects, on time, within budget, and aligned with customer requirements. OverseeFactory Acceptance Tests (FATs)and participate in on-site delivery coordination as needed. Collaborate across engineering, sales, procurement, and field services to drive project performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project life cycle. Monitor project risks, budgets, KPIs, and change controls, ensuring full compliance and reporting. Coach and develop the project team; support continuous improvement and team growth. Support business strategy by aligning projects with wider organizational goals. The Person: Experiencein electrical project management or delivery (preferably in T&D, utilities, or switchgear). Proven leadership managingcross-functional teamsin a global delivery environment. Comfortable working withinstrumentation systems , basic programming tools, and CRM platforms. Strong technical background and ability to leadFATs and customer technical reviews . Excellent communicator, mentor, and decision-maker with a customer-first mindset. PRINCE2 certification(or equivalent project methodology) .
