To motivate and lead C&B team members to achieve this and promote a positive image of the hotel at all times. To carry out Duty Manager shifts, while maintaining an effective communication with Reception and Sales Department , in order to provide the best experience for the Residents. Our must haves: Computer literate. Must be able to be self-managing, be creative, organized , confident, and proactive with adaptable communication skills. Good problem solving and negotiation skills to ensure that we continue to meet all of our customer and staff expectations. Working within a team and independently.
