If you think you have what it takes to join our team then we would like to hear from you *Duties will include:* * Assist the C&B Manager supervising the Conference & Banqueting overall operations * To ensure that all customers who visit or contact the hotel have their expectations met/exceeded * Standards of the hotel are consistently maintained. * To motivate and lead C&B team members to achieve this and promote a positive image of the hotel at all times. * To carry out Duty Manager shifts, while maintaining an effective communication with Reception and Sales Department , in order to provide the best experience for the Residents. *Our must haves:* * Computer literate. * Must be able to be self-managing, be creative, organized , confident, and proactive with adaptable communication skills. * Good problem solving and negotiation skills to ensure that we continue to meet all of our customer and staff expectations. * Working within a team and independently. * Commitment to personal development and a willingness to work towards additional learning to ensure that we maximize opportunities.
