Service care solutions are currently working with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm based in the South of Scotland to recruit an experienced Solicitor for a key position in their Annan office . This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive team that uses cutting-edge digital technology to deliver high-quality legal services to a growing client base across the Scottish Borders and Dumfries & Galloway. The Role: The successful candidate will join a busy and dynamic office that delivers legal, financial, and administrative services to a diverse range of clients including individuals, family trusts, private companies, and charities. You will handle a broad caseload with a particular focus on: Rural property transactions , including farms, estates, and residential properties Title registration and conveyancing Private client work , such as wills, powers of attorney, and executries Youll be joining a supportive team with strong internal expertise in both property and private client work, offering great opportunities for professional growth and mentorship.
