The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to handle systems with numerous moving parts.This role will be responsible for overseeing operations and commercial teams, ensure cross departmental process deployment, contract control and support with continuous improvement, existing and future IT infrastructure, and ultimately champion the successful growth in fulfilment of our luxury aesthetic brand portfolio.Our goal is to make our processes as efficient as possible, maintain good relationships with suppliers, distributors, and keep our customers happy. This role will also be key in supporting other departments including manufacturing, customer services, finance and IT. The role will be pivotal in assuring the companys continued stable and profitable performance.The successful candidate will be working across the entire company, on multiple projects, manifesting a vision for our infrastructure and organisational processes to ensure we are equipped to deliver long term sustainable growth, whilst mitigating risk.MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of operations support teamMaintaining Health & SafetyOversee facilities and warehouse operations planningOwnership for leading the S&OP forecasting processDefinition and implementation of SOPs throughout the businessMaintain accurate and consistent recordsEnsuring data integrity within our systemsOversee Prospect Database & sales integrity of our CRM systemMaintain ERP master data and pricingOversee reporting definition and deployment in business with key stakeholdersCoordinate and shape the KPIs & reporting in each department with all stakeholdersEnsure there is one source of targets, priorities & reporting on those by department & employeeBonus & commission reportingSuccessful identification, justification and delivery of cost improvement programsOversee head office and seek for continuous improvementsSupport with transition and introduction of new company systems as requiredCoordinating cross departmental process deploymentDrive for simplification within the business to increase success of our effortsDefine and implement SOPs to optimize output of businessBe the champion of once done well throughout planning, documentation and processContract and inventory controlOversee introduction of all new products from sales and operations perspective, seamless & efficient process driven success for sales activation and multi site launchesWHAT WILL MAKE YOU RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE?We are looking for the right candidate to grow with us.
