Job Description Sales AdministratorAre you organised, proactive and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide vital support to their sales team and ensure clients receive a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to delivery.In this role, youll be the hub that connects sales, customers and internal teams, helping the business operate efficiently while giving our sales team the freedom to focus on building strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with day-to-day administration and coordinationPrepare and manage quotes, proposals and contractsKeep CRM systems up to date with accurate client and pipeline informationLiaise with numerous internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothlyProvide support with pricing, product information and customer enquiriesTrack follow-ups, deadlines and pipeline activitiesGenerate sales reports and summaries to inform team performanceSchedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales teamHelp onboard new clients, including account setup and documentationEnsure processes and procedures are followed across all sales activitiesWhat Theyre Looking For:Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks under pressureCommercially aware with a proactive mindsetExcellent communicator, confident building relationships internally and externallyDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsResults-driven, self-motivated, and resilientPerks include: 23 days holiday, increasing after 2 years, on-site parking, free snacks and team breakfasts every Friday and a friendly, supportive working environment.
