Building Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Operative to join our team in Andover. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure building are safe, functional and well maintained.Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 07.00am – 16.00pmLocation - AndoverKey responsibilities: At all times to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner seeking guidance from colleagues as required Assist the engineers where required to drive the performance of the team . equipment / process to deliver the planned requirements for the day in the most efficient way Escalate any issues by communicating to the appropriate person – working closely with other departments Ensure all operations carried out inside the factory are In line with and adhere to the food safety principles. Company, H&S, HR and Hygiene policies and standards must also be always adhered to.
