Job DescriptionBusiness Operations & Support Coordinator Do you thrive in driving efficiency, supporting success and making things happen to drive operational excellence? Our client is looking for a skilled Business Operations & Support Coordinator to support the smooth running of core business functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective coordination across departments, supporting administrative processes, customer interactions and project delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline operations, drive efficiencies and contribute to the success of ongoing projects and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:Provide efficient administrative support across departmentsManage schedules, documentation and streamline internal processesOrganise and track machinery servicing and repairsSupport with export documentation and logistics Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, assisting with quotations and order processingLiaise with technical teams and clients to ensure timely service deliverySupport project managers in planning and executing cross-functional projectsMaintain project documentation, monitor deadlines and track progressAssist with new product launches, including data management and team coordinationHelp identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to streamline workflowsDocument and update standard operating proceduresKey Skills: Proven experience in operations coordination, service administration or project supportHighly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA team player with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approachComfortable working independently and juggling multiple prioritiesConfident using Microsoft Office and business systemsExperience tracking performance metrics or reporting on key activitiesBackground in a manufacturing, engineering, or service-based environment would be ideal, but not essentialBenefits:23 days of holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days with length of serviceCompany pension schemeFree on-site parkingContinuous training and development opportunitiesModern premises with a friendly, supportive team cultureThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking business, where your work will have a direct impact on performance, customer satisfaction and operational success.
