Front of House Manager

We are looking for a Front of House Manager to oversee the customer-facing aspects of our restaurant. The role focuses on guest experience, staff supervision, team management and operational efficiency.Key responsibilities include managing reservations, table allocations, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, recruiting and training staff, creating work schedules, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.This key role is a vital one for the continued success of The Owl. Skills Required Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to motivate and guide the FOH team. Customer Service: Dedication to providing excellent service and handling guest interactions effectively. Problem-Solving: Skill in professionally resolving customer complaints and operational issues. Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgets and costs to ensure profitability. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and staff members efficiently. Marketing, upselling and promotion Networking Knowledge of fine dining and wine pairing is an advantage. Hold a Personal License certification or willing to gain the qualification.
