Role: Lead, coach, and motivate your team to smash targets and keep standards sky-high. Own the day-to-day from service quality and presentation to cash, compliance, and community links. Keep an eagle eye on performance, profitability, and improvements and act fast when things need a boost. Drive fresh ideas through marketing, seasonal promos, and smart menu choices. Champion safety, cleanliness, and compliance across all areas (you set the example). Protect what matters people, assets, and reputation. What you'll need: 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, leisure, or a similar customer-focused environment. Strong leadership and communication skills (you know how to inspire a team).
