Partnership Trading Assistant Retail / Merchandising / Space PlanningLocation:Amersham plus Hybrid 3:2 Salary: Competitive + Benefits | Hours: Full-time Mon - FriThis is a fantastic chance to join this award winning retailer as part of thierPartnership Trading team and help drive sales, profitability, and stock availability across high-profile retail partnerships.As Partnership Trading Assistant, youll work closely with the Merchandiser, Buying, and Merchandising teams to analyse sales, manage product ranges and create planograms,which will support maximising sales and ensuring new products are launched sucessfully.You will spot trading opportunities, solve problems quickly, and help deliver a first-class retail experience for our customersYou will need:Previous experience using planograms or similar in a head office environmentBe able to use range data to create an engaging and exciting customer led planogramsProduce market specific planograms to support sales generation delivered to critical path deadlines, new launchesKnowledge of Quant or similar space planning software (Blue Yonder, DotActiv,Planorama etc)Experience in retail merchandising, trading, or similar role (e.g. Merchandising Assistant, Trading Assistant)Strong organisational and analytical skillsConfidence working with numbers and data - (Excel, MS Office) Great communication and teamwork skillsA passion for retail and commercial tradingWhats in it for you?
