You'll be involved in:Secured lending transactions involving both residential and commercial propertyBridging finance and development financeActing for challenger banks, bridging lenders, and private investorsSupporting clients from term sheet through to post-completionLiaising with borrowers, lenders, brokers, and internal stakeholders to manage deadlines and ensure smooth completionsThis is a client-facing role with plenty of autonomy and progression potential.
