Depending on your team: Residential Team(Altrincham only) – ideal for those who want avaried and more complex caseload Handle a range of transactions including leaseholds, shared ownership, help-to-buy, and more Draft legal documents and reports (including search reports) Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents, and lenders Work to revenue and exchange targets New Build Team– ideal for those who arecommercially minded and client-facing Manage high-volume, fast-paced developer transactions Build relationships with developers and introducers (confidence and sales patter a plus!)
