We're Hiring: Business Therapy Manager | Full-Time | AltrinchamA respected private mental health hospital in Altrincham is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Therapy Manager to lead the operational and strategic direction of its therapy services. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week), ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for service development.About the Hospital The site offers specialist inpatient care across three dedicated units, supporting adults with a range of mental health conditions and addictions. It also provides well-established outpatient treatment for conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, phobias, and bipolar disorder, alongside private autism assessments for adults.The team is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive and structured environment.About the Role As Business Therapy Manager, you’ll be a core member of the leadership team — driving performance, guiding strategy, and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive therapy services.
