Purchasing & Production Co-ordinator - (Full Time/Permanent) Location: Altrincham Are you a proactive, organised, and detail-focused individual with experience in purchasing and production coordination within a manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Purchasing and Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive our operations forward.Key Responsibilities:Raise and manage purchase orders for spare parts and stockMonitor delivery schedules and chase suppliers when neededResolve supplier issues such as damaged or late deliveriesMaintain accurate stock records using Sage Prepare and send quotations for spare parts and small ordersProcess sales orders and coordinate dispatchHandle supplier invoices and liaise with FinancePerform general clerical duties within the production officeKey Requirements:Experience in a similar role within manufacturingStrong working knowledge of Sage and Office 365Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple tasksExcellent communication skills – written and verbalGCSEs/A-Levels (or equivalent); further training beneficialPackage: Salary - Negotiable depending on experience35 hours per week, Monday to Friday25 days holiday and 8 Bank HolidaysSimply Health Cash PlanCycle to Work SchemeUp to 20% working from homeGroup Life cover after 3 months serviceGroup Income Protection after 12 months servicePensionReady to take the next step in your career?
