Job Description Are you an experienced Handyperson looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a Handyperson to join our organisation to provide general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across multiple sites. You will be joining a team with an opportunity to shine. We are looking for flexibility as you will be expected to work across all locations as and when required. If you are looking for a fast-paced environment in which you can make a difference, this could be the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities:General Maintenance: Undertake basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs. Carry out minor decorating works, including painting and touch-ups. Complete small repairs and general odd jobs' as required. Diagnose basic faults and escalate more complex issues where necessary.External and Grounds Maintenance: Carry out basic landscaping and grounds maintenance. Maintain car parks and external areas to a clean and safe standard. Sweep and maintain storage corridors and communal areas.Site Support: Assist with receiving and transporting merchandise or equipment between sites. Ensure storage areas are tidy and compliant with health and safety standards. Support minor site set-ups or internal moves when required.Compliance and Safety: Work in line with health and safety requirements at all times. Report hazards, defects or compliance concerns promptly. Maintain tools, equipment and the company vehicle in a safe and secure condition.What We're Looking For:Experience: Proven practical skills across general maintenance (basic electrics, plumbing and carpentry) minimum of two years' experience is essential.
