Female Complex Care Assistant Location: Chesterfield S42 Area Pay Rate: up to 14.00 per hour (including holiday pay) IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, Routes are unable to offer a job to anyone who does not have the right to work in the UK or needs employer support. About Routes Healthcare We're a leading complex care provider - a care company, not an agency. We support people in their own homes with specialist 1-2-1 care for complex health needs. About the Role Our client is a young female adult with Physical and Learning Disabilities living in the Chesterfield S42 area. She requires engaging, fun staff who can provide stimulation alongside personal care and PEG feeding support (full training provided). You'll be: Providing 1-2-1 personal care with dignity and respect Supporting with PEG feeding (training provided) Working in partnership with family members Following care plans and maintaining accurate records Being patient, compassionate and caring Shifts Available: Day shifts: 4pm-10pm Night shifts: 9pm-7am Monday to Sunday (weekend availability required) Flexibility essential - you must be available for both day and night shifts What We Offer: Up to 14.00 per hour (includes holiday pay) Specialist complex care training through Routes Academy 24/7 clinical support from our dedicated team Staff referral scheme (up to 250 per referral) Enhanced rates for specialist skills and night shifts Progression opportunities into senior complex care roles What You Need: Essential: Right to work in the UK without needing employer support At least 6 months paid care experience in the UK Flexibility to work both day and night shifts Reliable, compassionate, and committed to excellent care Desirable: Experience with PEG feeding or similar clinical skills NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care Ready to Make a Difference?
