Some benefits are discretionary and may be subject to change.nnAs aNurseryDeputy Manager, you will:nnntEnsure the safety and wellbeing of all children, staff, families, and visitors at all timesntEnsure EYFS and other regulatory frameworks are consistently metntSupport the administration of medication and maintain accurate, up-to-date care plansntProvide children with engaging, age-appropriate environments, resources, and experiencesntPromote professionalism, respect, and positive communication across teamsntMotivate staff with creative ideas, feedback, and practical support to help achieve outstanding practicentMaintain accurate records using EyMan and other relevant systemsntCarry out additional duties as required to support nursery operationsntFull UK driving licence required travel between sites is essentialnnnRequirements:nnEssential:nnntFull and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualificationntMinimum of 1 years experience in an Early Years settingntStrong understanding of the EYFS statutory framework and safeguarding standardsnnnDesirable:nnnt1+ years experience in a supervisory or management rolentLevel 5 qualification in Childcare, Management, or LeadershipntExperience of achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted outcomennnWe are committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
