Customer Engagement Advisor – Spandex UK Location: Almondsbury, Bristol Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (09:00–17:30)Are you an experienced customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experience? From vehicle wraps to building signage, we power visual communications across the globe.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders and enquiries from start to resolutionProvide product and application guidance tailored to customer needsCommunicate professionally across phone, email, and live chatUpsell and cross-sell where appropriate using solution-focused knowledgeUpdate internal systems and provide feedback to support ongoing improvementWhat We’re Looking ForA minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service environmentGCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in English and MathsThe ability to commute to or relocate near our Bristol office (Aztec West)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a collaborative attitudeDesirable:Experience in a sales or order processing environmentPrevious work in the signage, graphics, or vehicle wrap industryFamiliarity with SAP systemsWhy Join Us?At Spandex, you’ll be part of a supportive team in a business that values expertise, customer focus, and continuous development.
