Key Responsibilities: Service Scheduling: Maintain vehicle service schedules to ensure legal compliance across multiple fleets. Supplier Coordination: Book and schedule work with our network of repair and service partners. Job Progress Management: Chase updates, record progress, and keep systems accurately updated. Quality Assurance: Vet inspection and service documents, ensuring vehicles are compliant before returning to service. Breakdown Handling: Manage unplanned events such as breakdowns and defects, from start to resolution, keeping customers informed. Estimate & Authorisation Workflow: Oversee approvals and authorisations via email, portals, and phone.
