We know that our people are our greatest asset, we are successful, dynamic, ambitious and looking for great team players to grow with us.We are currently seeking a Facilities Administrator to provide facilities and maintenance support across the Eurocell Operations portfolio, working with the Facilities Manager in the daily running of the Facilities Management and Maintenance Helpdesk, providing vital support to our Operational sites and Engineering teams.WHAT OUR FACILITIES COORDINATORS DO:Review subcontractor service sheets alongside the engineering team to resolve any issuesSupport the day-to-day reactive workload of the FM maintenance departmentManage sub-contractors and issue all required documentation including RAMS prior to commencementEnsure all paperwork is in place including issuing checklists and permits ahead of projectsImplement and manage the process of distributing all certification and documentation by Subcontractors and EngineersDaily management and upkeep of files and recordsAttend sites to survey/monitor/evaluate works as appropriate ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislationManaging insurance actions, ISO accreditations, water risk assessments and fire risk assessmentsWHAT WE NEED FROM OUR FACILTIES COORDINATORS:Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative with minimum supervisionGood awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental legislations essentialExperience of administration within a commercial and facilities context an advantageExcellent attention to detail with strong commercial, numerical and problem solving skillsAbility to collaborate well with other team members and external subcontractorsGood time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlinesEffective communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skillsWHAT WE OFFER OUR FACILITIES COORDINATORS:You will be rewarded with a very competitive basic salary25 days holiday, plus statutory holidays - normally 33 days in total each yearFree Healthcare plan for all employeesEnhanced Maternity and Paternity benefitFree Life Assurance Plan of 3x your Annual SalaryChristmas shutdownOption to join the Eurocell Share Save Scheme at discounted rates, and share in our company successCompany Pension PlanEmployee discount on Eurocell productsDiscounts across many well-known online and high street retailersA blend of training, including e-learning and on the job training to help your career developmentCare First Employee Assistance Programme, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for confidential support and advice, if and when you need itColleague Referral Programme; we pay you for successfully referring people to join our teamExcellent opportunities to grow with us, and progress your careerTPBN1_UKTJ
