Are you looking for a hands-on leadership role where you can shape and elevate quality standards across a manufacturing site? Were hiring a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager to take ownership of site-wide quality, compliance, and feed safety within a well-established manufacturer. You''ll lead the quality function, overseeing a capable team and maintaining site-wide compliance with customer standards and regulatory schemes such as BRC, UFAS, FEMAS or GMP. The business is supportive of flexible working and open to compressed hours or part-time (3239 hours over 4 days). Key Responsibilities: Lead all quality and compliance activity across the site Ensure site compliance with feed safety legislation and customer standards Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Own and manage HACCP and internal audit programs Deputise for the Head of Technical during audits or inspections Lead customer complaint investigations and drive non-conformance resolution Develop and mentor a small quality and hygiene team About You: 5 years in a senior quality role in food. Knowledge of safety legislation and schemes.
