We are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to work 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule. We would consider three full days or part-time hours over four or five days. This is a hybrid role, with three days a week in the office at Aldershot.Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityWere looking for a confident HR professional to drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on employee relations, and coaching and delivering HR process training to educate line managers in the development of soft skills. Working closely with the HR Business Partner and People Services Team, youll provide expert support to employees and managers while ensuring consistency in HR policies.If youre a part-qualified or qualified HR Advisor seeking an interesting, autonomous role, offering you flexibility and a diverse workload, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Assist and support line managers with the execution and delivery of ER cases, including Occupational Health AssessmentsDeliver HR process training to educate line managers in the development of soft skillsProvide coaching and guidance on all HR policies and processesAct as the focal point for all HR issues and provide first-line HR support and advice to all employees and managersWork with the People Services Team to produce documentation such as starter packs, standard letters, reports and contractsAssist with Occupational Health and Wellbeing activitiesWork with the third-party recruitment suppliers to manage resourcing activitiesPrepare HR data to help support local business unit decision-making, and report insights back to the central HR functionSupport and contribute to process improvement projectsAbout YouYou will be CIPD part-qualified or qualified, bringing a flexible and proactive approach to supporting HR operations. You'll build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, acting with integrity and transparency.
