A fast growing signage company are looking for a Production Operator , producing high-quality signage, graphics, and displays for a wide range of clients. This role combines digital print production with hands-on fabrication , ensuring every sign meets the highest quality standards. What Youll Do Operate wide-format printers , laminators, and cutters to produce signage, decals, and displays Prepare and manage artwork files using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and RIP software Perform finishing tasks such as laminating, trimming, mounting, hemming, and grommeting Assist with fabrication and assembly of 3D lettering, illuminated signs, and panel systems Work with materials including acrylic, aluminium composite panel (ACP), PVC, foam board, stainless steel, vinyl, and LEDs Apply printed and cut vinyl to sign panels and substrates Maintain equipment, manage materials, and ensure top-quality output Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and client requirements What Youll Bring 2+ years experience in signage production, large-format printing, or a similar role Strong knowledge of sign-making tools, materials, and fabrication methods Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and print management software Excellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills Ability to work safely and efficiently in a workshop environment Desirable Skills Experience in LED sign assembly, CNC routing, acrylic fabrication , or vinyl installation Forklift licence or workshop equipment certification Types of Projects Illuminated & non-illuminated signs 3D letters and logos Fascia and wayfinding signage Window, wall & vehicle graphics Event and retail displays Days /Hours/Pay/Benefits They operate between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. The standard working day is 8.5 hours.
