The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining production efficiency within a high-output manufacturing environment . Key responsibilities include: Electrical and mechanical fault finding on production equipment Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Reactive maintenance to minimise downtime Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Working closely with production and engineering teams Maintaining high health & safety and engineering standards Shift Pattern Double Days 6am2pm / 2pm10pm (rotating) Monday to Friday No nights Salary & Benefits 42,000 47,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) Overtime available Company pension Training and development opportunities Long-term job security within FMCG manufacturing What We're Looking For Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-speed production environments Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent) Proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach ?
