Job Description Our Client is looking for a Clicial Study Lead to lead and manage 60+ sites across Europe and the UK.You will handle site set up, CRO management, and regional study delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and operational excellence are achieved.Regional Study LeadershipLead clinical operations across sites in Europe and the UKAct as the regional lead, partnering with the US CSL to ensure global alignmentDrive study delivery in line with timelines, quality, and budget expectationsSite Start-Up & ManagementOversee and drive site start-up activities including feasibility, selection, activation, and initiationEnsure sites are activated on time and in line with study milestonesMonitor site performance and address any risks or delaysCRO & Vendor OversightProvide oversight of CRO partners and third-party vendorsEnsure CRO deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality, and budgetAct as the key escalation point for operational issues and performance gapsStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, regulatory, data management, and medical teamsAct as a key point of contact for regional clinical activitiesProvide regular updates and reporting to senior stakeholders
