This role is pivotal in aligning costs and budgets with broader business objectives, offering you the chance to make a significant impact.The RoleAs the Assistant Commercial Manager, youll:The Assistant Commercial Manager will provide commercial support as schemes move towards delivery, ensuring cost, cash flow and budgets are aligned within the broader business planning and agreed Option or Purchase Agreements, Licences and Contracts, for example, cost estimating and cost planning, managing contractor variations, renewing contracts, supporting cashflow management, and working with Development Managers during the planning phase to help control costs.The successful candidate will gain exposure to residential and commercial, hospitality, and retail schemes within larger, multi-use developments. Youre open to candidates from PQS, Contractor, Developer, or House Builder backgrounds.
