Creative Artworker

Job Description Were excited to recruit a "Catalogue/Creative Artworker" to support Westland Horticultures creative and marketing teams. Youll play a key role in delivering visually engaging, brand-consistent artwork across catalogues, printed marketing materials, and digital platforms.This fast-paced role requires collaboration with designers, buyers, product managers, and marketers to ensure all outputs are accurate, visually engaging, and brand-consistent. You will help bring the Westland brand to life across multiple channels, maintaining creativity, technical excellence, and brand integrity at every touchpoint.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare artwork layouts for seasonal and annual garden catalogues.Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate, on-brand catalogue pages.Manage large volumes of product imagery, ensuring correct retouching, cropping, formatting, and alignment with product specifications.Build and maintain master templates and page grids for design consistency.Ensure all catalogue artwork meets print specifications (colour profiles, margins, bleed, resolution).Liaise with printers and deliver production-ready artwork under tight deadlines.Skills & ExperienceAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign (essential), Photoshop, Illustrator.Strong capability in preparing artwork for both print and digital platforms.Understanding of print production, CMYK/RGB colour management, bleed, trim, and pre-press standards.Experience managing large volumes of product imagery and structured content.Confident using templates, grids, master pages, and style sheets in a structured workflow.Experience25 years in a Graphic Designer, Catalogue Designer, or Magazine Designer role.Experience producing catalogues or multi-page publications preferred.Experience in retail or product-led environments, ideally in gardening, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.Comfortable meeting tight deadlines during seasonal peaks.Location requirement:This position is based full-time at our Alconbury Hill office (5 days per week). Due to the collaborative nature of the role, remote working is not offered, and were not considering freelance applications.
