Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their inside sales team with a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive .The RoleAs an Inside Sales Executive , you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads across various channels. Your role will involve engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to close deals.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling and qualifying new inbound leads via phone, email, and online inquiriesEngaging with prospective customers, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutionsManaging the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring sales targets are metMaintaining detailed customer interaction records in the CRM systemCollaborating with internal teams, including Marketing and Customer Experience, to ensure seamless customer serviceProviding regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer feedbackThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You should be comfortable handling inbound leads, building rapport with potential customers, and driving sales conversions through a consultative approach.Proven experience in an inside sales role, ideally handling inbound leadsStrong customer engagement skills with a consultative sales approachA natural ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutionsExperience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office SuiteTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsA proactive and results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently while being a strong team playerA positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market trendsTPBN1_UKTJ
