In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining order book integrity withinJavelin (MRP)and associated systems overseeing the full cycle from order input through to shipment and invoicing.You will play a key role in supporting production planning, ensuring accuracy across transactional processes, and driving continuous improvement in logistical operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, analytical professional with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and improve theorder book management process , ensuring all sales and production orders are accurately loaded into Javelin (MRP) and customer demand portals are updated accordingly.Plan and releaseshop order requirementsin line with MRP and/or level scheduling needs.Compile and prepareproduction documentationfor shop floor release, including job cards, drawings, and customer specifications.Proactively track and updateproduction work ordersin accordance with schedule changes.Support the Customer Service Lead in raisingdispatch documentation , including delivery notes, invoices, certificates of conformity, and shipping paperwork.Work collaboratively with the operations team to identify and leadprocess improvement initiativesthat enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:A good standard of general education.Skills & Knowledge:Proficiency inMicrosoft Officeapplications.Strongorganisational and communicationskills (written and verbal).Customer-oriented with a professional approach.Knowledge ofMRP/Production Control Systems .Provenproduction administration experience , with a strong understanding of accuracy, traceability, and accountability.Desirable Requirements:Experience working within anaerospace manufacturing environment .Advanced knowledge ofMRP/ERP systemsand production scheduling.TPBN1_UKTJ
