By joining us, you dontjust become part of our success story; you help shape the future and continueour rich legacy that started back in 1874.Job description:We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage a number of key account customer relationships in order to ensure retention and growth of overall business volume and profitability on service and repair but also modernisation and new installation activity. We are open to location but would consider applications from candidates based near either our Bathgate, Warrington, Coventry or Addlestone Offices. This is a full time and permanent roleWhat you'll be doing:Developing mutually beneficial relationships between Schindler and the large key customer organisation at all levelsEstablishing an ongoing proactive contact and communication process in order to be able to anticipate and respond to customer needsCoordinating, prepare and renegotiate allocated contract tenders as neededReviewing and agree with legal/QS on special terms and conditionsMonitoing but not managing, Schindler operational performance (maintenance, repair, modernisation and new installation) and escalate non-performance to ensure swift resolution of problem areasActing as a single point of contact for the higher-level client to ensure fast and efficient solutions to key account issuesRepresenting the branches interests with the key account customerFollowing the defined Schindler key account strategy and processes to ensure we deliver a total service to the clientManaging your dedicated Key Account administrator to deliver the most efficient and informative reports and service to the meet the customers needsWorking in accordance with established Company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and Schindler Core Values to ensure compliance with current UK legal requirements and Schindler Group Safety requirementsAttending all relevant Training SessionsCarrying out all works in accordance with the Companys Quality Corporate PolicyContributing to the Companys Safety Objectives, where necessary by maintaining/monitoring current safety systems under their direct control and implementing agreed changes (where applicable) to its Safety Management SystemProfile description:What we're looking for:Proven Operations or Sales Role preferably in the lift and escalator industryAccount Management experienceCommercial Awareness (contractual an advantage)Strong communication and relationship building skillsAbility to influence and interact with both external and internal customersAbility to follow process and Company ValuesInstinct to search to improve relationship/process/situationTo operate in an entrepreneurial manner but within boundariesWhy Work for us:Youll receive a competitive salary25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, 33 in totalCar or Car Allowance15 % Company Annual Performancer Related BonusSingle Option BUPA Private HealthcareEmployer Contributory Pension and Life AssuranceVarious Discounts and Benefits SchemesTPBN1_UKTJ
