Childrens Home Senior Childcare Worker Location: Accrington Salary: 32,000 per annum Hours: Full-time, including sleep-ins and unsociable hours to meet the needs of the young people We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Childcare Worker to join our therapeutic childrens home. This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth running of shifts, assisting the management team, and leading a team of childcare workers to ensure the highest standards of care for children and young people.
