The Role - NPI ManagerWe are seeking an experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager to oversee the launch of new hardware and integrated systems from concept to full-scale production. You will act as the bridge between R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management to ensure every product meets technical, commercial, and operational readiness requirements.Key responsibilities include:Develop and implement a structured NPI process, including stage gates, deliverables, and governance.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product transitions from design through pilot builds to volume manufacture.Ensure manufacturing readiness, validation, and compliance with industry standards.Drive continuous improvement in NPI practices to optimize time-to-market, cost, and quality.Report progress, risks, and lessons learned to senior stakeholders.Ideal ProfileProven experience managing complex hardware or electro-mechanical projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.Strong knowledge of NPI or manufacturing introduction processes.Hands-on expertise with design for manufacture (DFM), design for test (DFT), failure mode analysis (DFMEA/PFMEA), validation builds, and production readiness assessments.Experience in structured project delivery frameworks (PRINCE2 or equivalent) is advantageous.Excellent leadership, organization, and stakeholder communication skills.Analytical, detail-oriented, and practical with strong problem-solving abilities.Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.What's on OfferEnhance Pension schemeGenerous training and development budget, including conferences, courses, and relevant eventsCareer growth and development opportunities within a dynamic, international businessA supportive, collaborative, and engaging work environment where independence, drive, and initiative are encouraged
