Electrical Engineer Static Site Role Clifton Hampden 41,000 43,000 per annum We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Engineer to join our dedicated facilities maintenance team. This is a static, site-based position offering long-term stability, a consistent working environment. About the Role As part of our on-site engineering team, youll be responsible for maintaining the safety, compliance, and operational integrity of electrical and building services infrastructure. Your day-to-day duties will include planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs across a range of systems including: Power distribution (including 3-phase systems) Emergency lighting and small power Alarm systems and general building controls Key Responsibilities Deliver electrical maintenance services Carry out routine PPMs, fault-finding, and emergency repairs Maintain and troubleshoot systems such as lighting, alarms, and 3-phase power Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards What Were Looking For Proven experience in a commercial or facilities management environment Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and 18th Edition qualification C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection (preferred but not essential) Eligibility for BPSS Clearance (must have lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years) If this role has taken your interest, or you have any questions, apply with your latest CV and I will be in touch to discuss the next steps of your application.
