The Head of Performance / Head of Digital Marketing will shape how performance thinking is applied across clients, channels, and markets. You will guide not only what we do, but how we do it—ensuring that results are achieved with rigor, transparency, and purpose.This is a leadership position for someone who understands that true performance comes from alignment: between strategy and execution, data and intuition, teams and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the overall performance and digital marketing strategy across platforms and marketsOversee paid media, growth strategy, and digital optimization with a long-term perspectiveTranslate data and insights into clear strategic direction and actionable frameworksCollaborate closely with leadership, analytics, and client teams to align objectives and outcomesEstablish best practices, governance, and performance standards across digital channelsGuide and mentor teams with clarity, trust, and thoughtful leadershipEnsure continuous improvement through testing, learning, and innovationRequired Skills & QualificationsSenior-level experience in performance marketing or digital marketing leadershipStrong analytical thinking paired with strategic judgment and business understandingDeep knowledge of digital ecosystems, platforms, and performance measurementLeadership style rooted in integrity, collaboration, and accountabilityAbility to work independently and effectively in a remote, part-time structureClear communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence across stakeholdersPreferred Experience (Valued, Not Mandatory)Experience working with global or multi-market clientsBackground in agency, consulting, or growth-focused environmentsFamiliarity with advanced analytics, automation, or emerging digital technologiesOur Culture & What We OfferMediaCom Performance Marketing offers a flexible, remote-first, part-time role designed for senior professionals who value impact, balance, and autonomy.
